Dr. Nikoloz Chitaia, MD
President & CEO
Dr. Chitaia is the cofounder and CEO of P & C Telehealth. He graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University and AIETI Medical School. He did an Internal Medicine Residency at Emory University. After completing fellowship training in Endocrinology at the University of Florida, Dr. Chitaia practiced as an Endocrinologist in Puyallup, Washington. In 2009 he joined HCA Centerpoint Physicians Group as a consulting Endocrinologist and Hospitalist. Dr. Chitaia has provided telemedicine services since 2016. Dr Chitaia cofounded and is currently the CEO, along with Dr. Pathiban, P&C Healthcare in 2016.
Dr. Vijay Parthiban, MD, MBA
President & CEO
Dr. Parthiban is the cofounder and CEO of P & C Telehealth. He received his Medical Degree from Stanley Medical College and completed postgraduate training at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center in 1997. Dr. Parthiban completed fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at University of South Alabama and received his MBA with a focus in Medical Management from Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts. Dr. Parthiban was the was the Reginal Medical Director for Emcare from 2014-2016. Dr. Parthiban cofounded and is currently the CEO, along with Dr. Chitaia, P & C Healthcare in 2016.
Heather Begemann, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Heather Begemann is a board-certified nurse practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She attended the University of Central Missouri BSN program graduating in 2009 and the MSN program in 2012. She worked in a rural family practice upon completion of her degree until joining P&C Healthcare in 2018 where is a lead hospitalist nurse practitioner. Heather is currently attending Duke University in the Endocrine Specialty program with anticipate graduation in December 2023.
Ann-Marie Busick, DO
Endocrinologist and Internist
Dr. Busick is double certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. She completed her fellowship at McLaren Macomb in association with Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is passionate about telemedicine and delivering high-quality care which is accessible and convenient for all.
Sarah Dolven, MD
Endocrinologist
Dr. Dolven graduated from medical school from Medical University of South Carolina. She did her internship in Internal Medicine at UC Davis. After Dr. Dolven completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Medical University of South Carolina, she stayed and completed her fellowship in Endocrinology. Dr. Dolven currently works in an Endocrinology practice in Summerville, South Carolina.
